On Monday, July 6, 2020, Michael Wilde, beloved father of two and grandfather of seven, son, brother and uncle passed away at the age of 60.

 

Michael was born on July 22, 1959 in Wheeling, WV to Richard and Mary Wilde. Before joining Ultimate Software in 2004, Michael could be seen driving across the country hauling boats.

 

Michael had a lifetime passion for golf and dreamed of playing professionally. He also played for a lot of charities supporting children, and he combined these to help raise money for others in need. He was also an avid music lover and a collector of golf memorabilia. He was known for his quick wit, infectious smile, and always had a great story to tell that would often start with "let me tell you what buddy." We'll always remember his mustache whisker kisses as he whispered "I love you sweetheart".

Michael was preceded in death by his father Richard, his brother Richard Jr., grandson Elijah & lifelong friend Doug Shope. He is survived by his mother Mary, his two daughters, Erin (husband Michael, son Henry) and Melissa (husband Jacob, sons Nicholas, Tomas, Mathias, daughters Sophia and Lilly) sister Janet (son Jay and daughter Cassidy) and brother Robert.
